1. 기업평가등급 정의 및 목적

■ 기업평가등급이란 전문성과 객관성을 갖춘 신용정보업자가 기업에 대하여 전반적인 채무상환능력의 정도를 평가하여 일정한 기호로 표기한 신용등급 정보를 제공하는 서비스 입니다.

■ 기업평가등급 은 공공기관 및 민간기업에서 기업의 신용도 및 신용거래능력을 판단하는 지표로 사용되기 때문에 국내 모든 기업이 평가대상이며, 기업신용평가등급은 기업의 업종 및 개별 특수성을 감안한 정량적, 정성적 평가방법을 통하여 결정됩니다.

■ 기업평가등급 은 신용평가회사의 평가대상인 회사채, 기업어음 등 특정 유가증권의 신용평가와 구분되며, 평가등급의 활용목적도 다릅니다. 그러나 기업신용평가가 전반적인 채무상환능력의 정도를 평가한다는 점에서 유가증권 평가요소 및 평가방법론을 일정부분 준용하고 있는 바, 상거래 등 사용자의 용도에 따라서 참고지표로 활용 가능합니다.

eAA	전반적인 신용도가 우수하나 장래의 급격한 환경변화에 따라 영향을 받을 가능성을 배제할 수 없음
eA	전반적인 신용도가 양호하나 장래의 안정성이 저하될 가능성이 있음
eBBB	전반적인 신용상태가 양호한 수준이나 장래의 안정성 면에서 불안한 요소가 있음
eBB	전반적인 신용상태가 양호한 수준이나 장래의 안정성 면에서 불안한 요소를 상위등급에 비해 많이 내포하고 있음
eB	채무이행 능력에 문제가 발생할 가능성을 배제할 수 없음
eCCC	채무이행 능력이 의문시 되며 채무불이행 가능성이 있음
eCC	신용상의 위험요소가 많아 채무불이행 가능성이 높음
eC	신용상태가 매우 불량함
eD	채무불이행 상태에 있음

(주 : 상기 등급 중 AA부터 CCC까지는 당해 등급 내 상대적 우열에 따라 ‘+’ 또는 ‘-‘ 를 부기할 수 있음)

2. 부도의 정의

■ 당사는 기업신용평가 업무수행 시 조달청의 신용정보업자에 대한 [부도평점관리기준]에 의거한 부도정의를 적용하여 관리하고 있으며, 가계수표, 당좌수표, 약속어음의 최종부도 사유에 해당하는 기업을 부도기업으로 간주합니다.

■ 워크아웃, 기업회생, 파산 등은 실질적으로는 부도에 해당하는 것으로 볼 수 있으나, 정보의 입수가능성 및 정보의 최신성 유지에 한계가 있으므로 관리기준에서는 부도에 포함하지 않고 있습니다.
