기업평가신청 시 세무대리인에서 발행한 재무제표로 제출해도 되나요?
기업평가신청 시 세무대리인에서 발급한 재무제표로 제출을 하시더라도 무방합니다.
대신 재무제표 각 장 마다 재무제표의 연속성을 의미하는 세무대리의 간인이 날인 되어 있어야 하며 재무제표의 발급번호와 사업자의 직인이 꼭 들어가야 합니다.
하지만 모든 서류가 온라인으로 제출이 가능해지면서 국세청에 등록이 되어있는 공동인증서만 있으시면 별도의 서면으로 제출하실 필요없이 서류 전송이 가능합니다. 때문에 가급적이시면 온라인으로 자료 전송을 해주시는 게 편리하겠습니다.
단, 결산 신고 기간과 겹쳐서 국세청 재무제표로 제출이 어려운 경우에는 비교식 재무제표로 제출하셔야 하는데 아래와 같습니다.
- 기장하고 있는 세무대리에서 비교식 재무제표 제출
- 자체 기장일 경우 비교식 재무제표 제출
